I updated Paypal and it is not working on this latest version

I use PayPal all the time!!

The new app update is broken, the app doesnt even open anymore. Fix this ASAP!!!

The app fails to open/launch! Description says "Supports iOS 8.1+" so its supposed to work on 9.0.2. Uninstall/re-install doesnt help either. PLEASE fix it asap!

With the new design it is much more easy to operate.

New version locks up at startup logo screen and crashes. Can no longer use PayPal.

Use this app pretty much everyday

so easy to use and pay people without having to go to the bank

The app used to work before the latest update and now all it does is crashes ive deleted it and downloaded it again and still nothing cant use the app at all have to go on the paypal website to use it

Very easy and simple to use

Years ago, I experienced identity theft. My old bank, M&T shelled out the money and made me prove myself- despite being a customer for over 8 yrs. PayPal contacted me immediately! They did not disburse any funds and actually linked me to their security team who told me what to do to protect myself. For this, I will be eternally grateful....Love their app too! It works well! No glitches!!!!

PayPal is the best and safest way for multi function money transfer just wish it didnt take three days

Does everything you need it to do pretty cut and dry. Faster than going onto the website.

The app worked fine a few days ago. Stopped working after last update. I have an iPhone 6s Plus. What happened?

I dont write very many reviews. I only seem to care if I truly enjoy an app. There arent many days that I dont use PayPal in some way. In my line of work, I am required to send out a ton of invoices or quotes. It would be absolutely amazing if you guys could come up with an option to make changes to the invoice on the mobile app. Adding the ability to write notes, adding a deposit needed section, etc. If that happened, 5 stars wouldnt be enough for this app.

After the most recent update the app barely even loads the splash screen before crashing. Fix this ASAP please!

Very easy to use!

The app makes payments and balance updates convenient, but its not able to handle the volume of business our organization does. The result is that account activity is never available. We can see current balance but thats it. For all activity-related functions, PayPal must be accessed from a computer. As an animal rescue operating on tight, critical timelines, this is a huge inconvenience when we are needing to watch for specific payments or gifts.

At this time I am very frustrated because I have emailed PayPal numerous times and still no reply back from them.
